For many years, Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge has been the premier South African safari destination, for a romantic honeymoon or small family groups, thanks to its close-encounter game viewing.
Go on exhilarating game drives and bush walks to experience the dramatic wildlife of the region, including the Big Five. Or relax in camp and enjoy an invigorating treatment at the spa. In the evening you will be summoned to a sumptuous African inspired dinner by the haunting sounds of a kudu horn.
Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge is a child-friendly safari lodge. The EleFun Centre offers hands-on, interactive activities designed for 2 different age groups. The Junior Tracker programme is for 4 to 8 year olds, while the Junior Ranger programme is for children between the ages of 9 and 12. The Elefun Centre is filled with learning opportunities.
Age-appropriate bushveld themed activities and 'edutainment' are designed and supervised by qualified staff. These include fascinating bushcraft subjects - animals, birds, bugs, tracking, map-reading and much more. There are also fun games and arts and crafts to keep your kids entertained.
Meals, including the atmospheric dinners in the open air boma (enclosure), are heralded by blasts on a kudu horn, a summoning to delicious food. In its 25 years, the lodge has hosted Presidents and Kings, and people from almost every nation on earth – all treated to the same legendary service that has made Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge a world classic safari lodging in South Africa.
Children of all ages are welcome
