Children on Safari
Children can enjoy a range of activities designed especially for them. Kids under the age of 6 years are not able to go on game drives but will find plenty to do at the Cubs Club. They will learn about the surrounding bush and African culture through spoor ID, bird watching, bug catching and African dance. Additional activities can include candle making, baking, singing, storytelling, arts and crafts, clay and painting.
Children between 6 and 12 years can participate in the Future Ranger Courses. These courses include mammal behaviours, plants and their medicinal uses, bird identification, Shangaan lessons, ecology and conservation, know your Land Rover, understand your weapon and the human place in nature.
